As a Tech Director joining the ServiceNow Studio in Enterprise Applications Network at Globant, a digitally native organization focused on innovation, design, and engineering at scale, you will have the opportunity to be part of a global team working on large-scale projects. Your role will involve influencing and leading teams to ensure success, contributing to company growth, and mentoring a team of tech leads, managers, and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make an impact by working on large-scale projects globally.
  • Lead and influence a large team or multiple teams to achieve their goals.
  • Formulate and execute strategic and tactical measures to ensure team and account success.
  • Hunt and farm new avenues for business growth.
  • Mentor and coach a team of tech leads, managers, and architects.
  • Define technical profiles, performance, and training standards for the studios.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Directors, Client Partners, VPs Technology, and VP Delivery.
  • Play a solution owner role for the ServiceNow practice.
  • Integrate different roles like Developer, QA, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
  • Successfully execute transformation programs for enterprises using ServiceNow's product suites.
  • Ensure designs, approaches, and standards are extensible across projects.
  • Conduct technical design reviews and audit projects to ensure best practices.
  • Define metrics and targets for customer projects.
  • Conduct performance technical assessments for teams and accounts.
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and processes within the studio, account, or practice.

Qualifications Required:

  • CMA Certification is mandatory.
  • 16+ years of industry experience with technology expertise.
  • Certification in mainline implementation of multiple ServiceNow product lines, Certified ITIL V4, Certified Scrum Master, TOGAF Foundation certified, IT4IT Foundation.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo, innovate, and be flexible and goal-oriented.
  • Passion for digital transformation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Strong relationship building, management skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Capable of influencing a large team or multiple projects to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication, team development, leadership, and mentoring skills.,
