ServiceNow IRM BA (Metrics and Reporting)

As a Metrics Analyst, you will be responsible for capturing metrics requirements from various stakeholder communities and analyzing data requirements. You will work closely with the integration team to source data if needed. Your role will involve translating user requirements into logic for the Servicenow Metrics module and testing the metrics to ensure they provide correct data. Additionally, you will specify how metrics and associated data should be presented and collaborate with Servicenow Developers to implement dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture metrics requirements and undertake analysis of data requirements
• Translate user requirements into logic for Servicenow Metrics module
• Test metrics and obtain user sign-off
• Specify format and layout for dashboards implementation
• Organize testing and sign-off with stakeholder communities

Qualifications Required:

• Good understanding of data and metrics, preferably using Servicenow metrics capability
• Knowledge of Servicenow IRM or GRC modules
• Experience in representing data through dashboards and reports
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build relationships across multiple teams
• High analytical capabilities and attention to detail
• Ability to grasp new concepts and work autonomously
• Self-motivated with a high degree of accuracy,
