Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to Define and lead the ServiceNow platform strategy aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Senior to Oversee architecture, development, and operations across modules (ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgmt, Knowledge Mgmt, AppEngine).
• Must be able Evaluate and roll out new ServiceNow modules and features.
• Someone who can Design and implement integrations with third-party systems (Integration Hub, APIs).
• Able and Must be able to Lead lifecycle management of scoped apps and advanced catalog flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and executive sponsors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure platform governance, best practices, and high performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of enterprise technology experience with strong delivery of secure, scalable solutions.
• Must have 7+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience, including custom app development and architectural leadership.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD required).
• Strong integration expertise (Integration Hub & custom APIs).
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strategic leadership mindset with proven ability to guide platform evolution.
