• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on Change Management workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Utilize Flow Designer to automate change approval and implementation processes.
• Maintain and enhance the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for accurate IT asset representation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Change Management modules and integrations.
