ServiceNow ITAM & CMDB Administrator

We're seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Management (ITAM) & CMDB Administrator to lead our IT Asset Management program on ServiceNow. IT Asset Management & CMDB ServiceNow Admin

• Job Description: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT Asset Management (ITAM) program on ServiceNow.
• Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain the ServiceNow SAM, HAM, APM and CMDB modules, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, strong knowledge of ServiceNow, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work independently.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms, configuration item (CI) discovery, and integration with external systems.
