Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and request process management
• Strong understanding of ITIL v3 Foundation principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
