Technical Team Lead - ServiceNow Services

About the Role The Manager of ServiceNow Services will lead a team focused on delivering high-quality services to clients. This leader will oversee project and service management, ensuring that all resources are properly trained and utilized to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of consultants and developers in providing technical services to clients.
• Manage and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Requirements Education and Experience:

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• 10 years in building and managing high-performing technical teams.
• 10 years of technical experience with significant personal capability in ServiceNow platform.
• 10 years of customer consulting leadership experience.
• 3 years of experience in Consulting and/or Services Sales team is required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Expert-level comprehension of company operations, market positioning, competitive dynamics, and operational processes.
• Ability to design and implement long-term human resources initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Capability to securely handle sensitive data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Expert-level ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with business partners.
• Expert-level ability to oversee and direct projects to completion.

Benefits The compensation for this position includes a base salary and bonus/commissions, offering a total estimated on-target earnings between $180,000 - $200,000. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending arrangements.
