ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Role:

This position involves leveraging expertise in ServiceNow implementation and integration to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with SAM Pro and/or HAM, as well as knowledge of software licensing, discovery tools, and IT asset lifecycle management. Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules
• Demonstrate expertise in integrations (SCCM, JAMF, Tanium, Flexera, or Snow)
• Develop and maintain accurate CMDB and data models
• Pursue ServiceNow certifications (CIS SAM, CIS HAM, ITAM, or ITSM)
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and document processes
