Title: ServiceNow GRC/IRM Delivery Advisor Consultant - Contractor

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 6+Months

ServiceNow Configuration: Expertise in configuring ServiceNow IRM modules such as Risk Inventory, RCSA, and Issue Management

• Client Engagement: Strong ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with various stakeholders
• Project Management: Proficient in managing Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders, and ensuring project alignment with quality standards
• Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and workshops to define user stories and technical designs
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management and status reporting

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-10+ years in risk consulting, GRC/IRM delivery, or related fields
• Leadership in Implementations: Proven track record in leading ServiceNow IRM implementations, particularly in financial services
• Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile project management and sprint planning
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Ability to lead teams across different geographies and manage onshore/offshore resources
