ServiceNow Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization, with additional knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks.

Candidates should have strong JavaScript and platform integration experience, as well as relevant ServiceNow certifications based on their level of expertise. Job Expectations:

• Work onsite 3 days a week in the Charlotte office (hybrid work model).
• Participate in in-person interview for final selection (mandatory for shortlisted candidates).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow application development experience, including workflows, integrations, and platform technologies.
• 3+ years of JavaScript development experience.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
