Senior ServiceNow Architect

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing and implementing complex software solutions, with a focus on service-oriented architecture and microservices. As a Software Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our projects, ensuring that our systems are robust, scalable, and secure.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands on ServiceNow administration, ServiceNow Architect and development experience.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP web services.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Service Architect; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).

o Experience with ITOM Discovery, Event Management, or Performance Analytics.

o Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
