We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow implementation consultant to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients. About the Role

This is a critical role within our service delivery organization, requiring a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and implementation methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow implementations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet client requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow projects
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements Requirements
• 11 years of experience with ServiceNow and 10 years of combined experience in IT management/leadership
• Possess strong technical acumen, including data center operations, service design, service delivery, and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
