Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong knowledge and experience with various ServiceNow modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow.
