ServiceNow Architect - Scalable Solutions Expert

As a seasoned ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including workflows, scripting, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow as an Architect, and a proven track record of designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization
• Collaborating with various business units to provide solutions for IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), and other business processes on the ServiceNow platform
• Developing and managing ServiceNow platform architecture to ensure scalability, security, and performance
• Maintaining ServiceNow's workflows, automation processes, and integrations to enhance business operations Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including workflows, scripting, and integrations
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow as an Architect
• Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a diverse and geographically distributed team
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred Benefits
