Technical Consultant for ServiceNow Implementations

This position involves working closely with customers to implement efficient solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and configuring HAM and SAM capabilities.

• To assist customers in optimizing their use of ITAM Solution features.
• Leading technical workshops and training sessions for customers.
• Drafting detailed requirements for users and setting clear expectations.
• Ensuring smooth handover of projects to junior team members.
• Liaising with project teams to deliver high-quality results.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Relevant certifications for implementing specific solutions.
• No less than 5 years of experience with complex systems.
