Senior ServiceNow Expert: Aligning Business Outcomes

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to drive meaningful business outcomes by aligning our clients' ServiceNow capabilities with their long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure cross-functional teams are aligned.
• Design and validate HRSD solutions that support client objectives and integrate seamlessly into their ecosystem.
• Develop and communicate strategic roadmaps, ensuring successful project delivery and mentoring team members on HRSD best practices.
• Review and refine technical solutions to meet functional and business expectations, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A strong track record of implementing and configuring ServiceNow or similar platforms (5+ years of experience).
• Expertise in business and systems analysis, including process and data modeling.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with strengths in planning, troubleshooting, and solution delivery.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for designing user-centric solutions.

Certifications:

Possession of one or more of the following certifications is highly desirable:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR)
