ServiceNow Techno-Functional Lead

Position Summary:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Techno-Functional Lead to drive the successful delivery of a ServiceNow-based solution for a Tollway Authority project. This individual will bridge the gap between technical implementation and business needs, ensuring the platform aligns with toll operations, IT service management (ITSM), asset management, and other authority-specific functions.

The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on technical expertise with the ability to engage with business stakeholders to define and deliver strategic outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in a ServiceNow techno-functional role.
• Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations in public sector or transportation environments.
• Expertise in multiple SNOW modules, especially ITSM, CMDB, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience applying them in real-world implementations.
• Hands-on scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer).
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with ServiceNow in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); CIS (ITSM, CMDB, or similar) preferred.
• Prior experience with tolling systems, DOT, or public sector transportation agencies.
• Familiarity with government compliance frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP, etc.).
• PMP, CSM, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
