ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join our fast-paced, innovative IT team. You will help shape and mature our ServiceNow platform, driving optimization and providing exceptional service to our organization.

• Start: November 2025
• Duration: 6-month, direct W2 contract-to-hire; no C2C or third party vendor
• Location: Orange County, CA - Onsite, 5 days a week

Requirements

• 3-5 years of combined professional experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and/or Developer with an understanding of development fundamentals such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting/automation
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM
• Prefer ServiceNow CSA or other relevant certifications.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for learning, self-driven, flexible, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities and skills:

• ServiceNow SME for administering, configuring, optimizing and maintaining the platform.
• Make recommendations to further define the ServiceNow roadmap for building a solid ITSM foundation, keeping best practices and standard processes, and ensuring data integrity and security, while delivering quality services.
• Configure applications (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) that meet business needs, design and implement workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Workflow Editor.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with ServiceNow features and identify enhancement opportunities.
