High-Profile ServiceNow Application Developer Wanted

We're looking for a talented ServiceNow Application Development Engineer to join our team.

This role will be responsible for the configuration, development, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. You'll manage and configure modules, implement workflows, and provide technical support. Key Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configuration & Scripting: Customize forms, fields, and UI elements using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Process Automation: Develop and enhance business rules, UI policies, and automation scripts to improve service efficiency.
• Integration & API Development: Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and third-party tools.
• Release & Upgrade Management: Support ServiceNow upgrades and new feature deployments.
• User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical expertise in debugging and resolving system performance issues.
• Reporting & Analytics: Create dashboards, reports, and data analytics tools to improve decision-making. About This Role

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certification required.
• 3+ years of direct experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator, developer, and/or comparable role.
• Proven experience with Agile scrum/Kanban methodology. Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in multiple areas of technology, including application administration, configuration, and/or data services.
• Experience with JavaScript, Perl, or PHP strongly preferred.
• Experience customizing or developing reports from data residing in relational databases.
• Experience with web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
