ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME

About the Role

GovCIO is hiring a Servicenow Administrator/Developer SME to support our US Coast Guard program. Main Responsibilities:

• ITSM Strategy: Guide IT service management strategy, planning, and delivery for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Recommendations: Provide ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently or collaboratively with remote teams and clients. Key Skills and Experience:
• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
• REST, SOAP services, etc.
• ITIL and/or ITIL Certified.

Certification: Public Trust or Secret clearance required. Preferred Qualifications:

• BS Computer Science preferred.
• ITIL Foundation Certified.
• ServiceNow Developer Certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
