Requirements:

• ServiceNow Certification: CSA or CIS certification in ITSM or related modules.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow workflows, catalog management, and integrations. Knowledge of REST APIs, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical decisions.
