Business Analyst for HR Transformation
We are seeking a seasoned professional to support a strategic HR transformation initiative.
This role will be instrumental in translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing workflows, and supporting integration efforts across platforms like Workday, E*TRADE, and Fidelity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate functional HR requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Design and build complex ServiceNow workflows, including permissions and role-based access.
- Document integration requirements and data flows across systems (e.g., Workday, benefits platforms).
- Collaborate with implementation specialists to hand off configuration-ready documentation.
- Drive and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development and execution tracking.
- Partner with the Product Manager to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
- Map end-to-end data flows and system interactions across HR platforms.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems integration.
- Proven experience in workflow design and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with UAT planning and execution.
