We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Live Chat Agent to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers through our website/app’s live chat platform. Your primary responsibility is to assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and escalate complex queries when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
  • Achieve performance goals such as customer satisfaction, chat handling time, and resolution rate.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and policy changes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with live chat software.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
