We seek a solution architect servicenow to join our digital nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements within the servicenow framework or partner with enterprise architecture to suggest alternative platforms.
• Design and implement solutions that are scalable flexible and easy to maintain including leading proofs of concept for new technologies.
• Build integrations between servicenow and other enterprise systems using ipaas apis web services mid servers and etl tools.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle working with servicenow support and other technical teams to address and resolve critical issues.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams configuration guides and development standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to servicenow solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture with a focus on servicenow including extensive experience in two or more servicenow modules.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science information technology or a related field is preferred along with servicenow cad and one or more cis certifications.
• Experience in supporting business solutions hosted on servicenow from a developer or administrator perspective inclusive of the challenges associated with upgrades integrations and operational support.
• Strong understanding of practical application of servicenow as it relates to industry solutions as well as an understanding of the interconnectedness between modules and core data.
• Proven familiarity with servicenow and other technology platforms commonly used to service core business functions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
