ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of ServiceNow applications and modules.

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Customize ServiceNow applications using scripting, workflows, and UI policies.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, scripts, and middleware.
• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet quality standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions, including design specs, workflows, and data models.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with Hardware Asset Management expertise.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Web Services.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other relevant methods.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies related to ServiceNow development.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade process and ability to handle post-upgrade issues.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or other ServiceNow modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines within ServiceNow.
• Previous experience working in a consulting or contract-based environment.
