We seek a ServiceNow Technology Strategist with HRSD implementation experience. Our capability partners with clients to deliver HRSD strategy and design, technology advisory, solution design, deployment, go-live, training and change support.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure alignment across technical teams.
Design and validate HRSD solutions that support client enterprise objectives and integrate into their broader ecosystem.
Facilitate roadmap development and communicate how HRSD can drive strategic outcomes.
Review and refine technical solutions to meet both functional and business expectations.
Educate team members on HRSD best practices, platform capabilities, and scalable design standards.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow or similar platforms, with 2+ years in client-facing role.
Strong track record delivering complex ServiceNow HRSD projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Expertise in business and systems analysis, including process and data modeling.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
