Location: New York, NY (hybrid)

Compensation Expectation: $80/hour

What You'll Do as a ServiceNow Delivery Manager

  • The ServiceNow Delivery Manager is responsible for implementing best processes and procedures for driving IT delivery
  • Plan, manage, and support the delivery of IT initiatives across multiple teams
  • Manage and support the delivery of ServiceNow initiatives including module implementations, platform enhancements, and integrations.
  • Coordinate with ServiceNow vendors, internal developers, and IT stakeholders to align deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Oversee delivery from design through testing and deployment, engaging the right IT teams such as Security, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Support.
  • Track milestones and deliverables across the IT portfolio to ensure that work stays on schedule and within budget
  • Manage scope changes internally in IT and from outside stakeholders
  • Coordinate with application, infrastructure, support, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
  • Monitor ongoing delivery to identify risks, blockers, or changes in scope and adjust plans accordingly
  • Provide delivery visibility through tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
  • Documentation of IT delivery activities and align them with PMO governance processes.

Qualifications

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • The ServiceNow Delivery Manager should have 7+ years of experience in IT delivery roles
  • Experience with delivery of ServiceNow applications or modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, or CMDB.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow delivery lifecycle including development, testing, release, and post go-live support.
    • Familiar with both Agile (including Scrum) and Waterfall delivery methods
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and how IT initiatives move from planning through implementation
  • Experience using delivery and tracking tools like Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple streams of work
  • Effective communication and collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
