Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite)

Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship Required

Travel: Less than 10%

Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM). You will ensure seamless integrations, enhance user experience, and align ServiceNow capabilities with mission objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and maintain the ServiceNow platform for enterprise ITSM processes.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.
• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automated notifications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, and related protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues to maintain optimal platform performance.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• Experience: 15+ years of related IT experience with demonstrated ServiceNow architecture expertise.
• Certifications:
• ITIL 4 Foundation (Required)
• At least one of the following: Security+, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, or CSSLP
• Clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
