Role:

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support enterprise GRC modernization initiatives. You will gather and document business requirements, lead workshops, and act as the functional owner of the ServiceNow IRM solution, ensuring it meets strategic risk and compliance objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years with ServiceNow IRM (GRC modules)
• 10+ years in risk management or GRC
• Expertise in RCSA, Risk Identification, Issue & Incident Management, Controls Testing
• Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Agile experience
• Exposure to other risk management software
