ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and Integration

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, and Integration development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on automating IT service and operations processes and integrating third-party tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure custom applications, workflows, and automation in ServiceNow (ITSM & ITOM).
• Implement and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management in ITOM.
• Design and build integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Customize and enhance core modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request, and Knowledge.
• Troubleshoot issues related to performance, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
• Perform code reviews and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Strong expertise in ITSM modules – Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge.
• Solid understanding and implementation experience in ITOM modules – Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management.
• Proven experience with integration techniques: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, API development, IntegrationHub.
• Strong scripting skills using javaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
• Additional certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, IntegrationHub) – Preferred.
