Experience: 5-7 years
Location: Bangalore - Onsite
Job Description:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in delivering ServiceNow implementations (coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes) in the application.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in SAM Pro (Software Asset Management) lifecycle is a must.
- Good Knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM/SAM/HAM module
- Experience of Web Services, APIs, Database-level integrations
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working a SaaS environment Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
- Good Knowledge of ServiceNow Core functionality
- Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
- Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Understand full application lifecycle
- ServiceNow Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and CIS - ITSM/Discovery
- Good to have knowledge such as scripting in HTML, JS, webservices in ServiceNow will be added advantage.
