Job Description

  • Design, configure, and maintain Service Catalog, Request Management, and Record Producers in ServiceNow.
  • Create and manage catalog items, order guides, and variables to support business service requests.
  • Develop fulfillment workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor for request automation.
  • Configure approvals, notifications, SLAs, and assignment rules for catalog items.
  • Design and optimize Service Portal pages / UI Builder experiences for catalog visibility and usability.
  • Ensure catalog consistency with naming conventions, categorization, and accessibility standards.
