Job Title

A ServiceNow Specialist is responsible for implementing and managing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring efficient IT service management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing ServiceNow IT Service Management with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Developing strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
  • Providing guidance on JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Assisting with UI design, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Service Portal.
  • Managing Service Portal with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist and ServiceNow Certified System Admin. Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Familiarity with UI design, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Service Portal.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
