Job Description:

This role involves the administration, configuration and maintenance of a platform to support the organization's technology, operational and risk needs.

The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, usability and alignment with business needs.

• Administer and maintain user access, roles, groups and permissions.
• Configure and manage modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure stability and reliability.
• Implement updates and patches and coordinate with stakeholders during version upgrades.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to end users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers and leadership to implement new features and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards through platform governance.
