Remote ServiceNow Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer. This role will involve supporting our US Coast Guard program and working closely with remote teams and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an ITSM strategy that drives efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to ITSM implementation by providing recommendations on service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project results.
• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, including queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Configure ServiceNow modules and forms to meet business needs.
• Ensure ServiceNow applications are secure and up-to-date, with accurate workflow configurations.
• Design and develop scoped applications, as well as a service portal, using ServiceNow best practices. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
• Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Detailed knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP services.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and/or ITIL certification.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude.
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification.
• Clearance Required: active Secret clearance is required. Benefits
