ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Senior to support our US Coast Guard program, working remotely.

• 12+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree are required for this role.
• The ideal candidate must have:
• 8 years of overall IT experience
• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience in various roles
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, REST, SOAP services, and ITIL
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude
• Certifications like ITIL Foundation Certified and ServiceNow Developer Certifications are preferred. A Secret clearance is required.
