Job Summary: Servicenow Senior Lead QA Engineer

• We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Senior Lead QA Engineer with expertise in Servicenow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and hands-on experience working with a centralized QA testing team.

This is a remote opportunity for experienced QA engineers who thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and are passionate about driving quality through automation and continuous testing practices.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead QA and testing efforts for Servicenow platform enhancements and integrations with other systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Servicenow's Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Build and maintain test scripts for human testers to use.
• Perform both unit and end-to-end testing of solutions built on the Servicenow platform.
• Represent the QA and testing perspective while working directly with developers.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and QA team members to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Take the lead on pre-emptively building tools and testing automation within the Servicenow platform.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure QA alignment with development goals.
• Drive adoption of continuous testing practices across the Servicenow development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Servicenow development, QA Engineering / Testing, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Servicenow ATF and integrating ATF with broader end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Proven experience working with a centralized QA testing team.
• Strong experience working directly with large development/engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and continuous testing principles.
