IT Professional - ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

Job Opportunity

GovCIO is hiring a skilled IT professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer. This role will involve designing and developing queries, reports, and dashboards in ServiceNow.

• Develop recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Contribute to the design and development of scoped applications and service portals in ServiceNow.
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
• Provide additional support based on subject matter expertise.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, and REST services.
• ITIL certification and strong communication skills are also required.

Clearance Required: An active Secret clearance is required.
