Remote ServiceNow Developer

You will be responsible for guiding ITSM strategy and contributing recommendations for implementation consideration across service management policies guidelines and processes in a remote environment.

Designing and developing queries reports and dashboards designing and configuring ServiceNow modules and forms administering ServiceNow applications including updating security and workflow configurations are key responsibilities.

Supporting the US Coast Guard program requires strong ITSM strategy planning and service delivery skills which can be achieved through 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience a Bachelor's degree with minimum 8 years of overall IT experience and minimum 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.

A deep understanding of the ServiceNow System JavaScript HTML CSS Jelly HTTP XML REST SOAP services and ITIL/ITIL certified is highly valued.

A ServiceNow Administrator Certification is mandatory. A preferred qualification includes a BS Computer Science ITIL Foundation Certified ServiceNow Developer Certifications and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
