Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Overview

The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Senior will support our US Coast Guard program. This position is fully remote. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT service management strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
• Configure ServiceNow modules and forms to meet business needs.
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations.
• Design and develop scoped applications as well as a service portal to improve user experience.
• Provide additional support based on subject matter expertise. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience. Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
• Familiarity with REST, SOAP services, etc.
• An understanding of ITIL principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certified System Administrator.
