Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow expert to join our team. This role is fully remote and involves developing and implementing IT service management strategy, planning, and delivery.

• Develop and implement ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to achieve project goals.
• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards using ServiceNow.
• Configure ServiceNow modules and forms to meet business requirements.
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience (or commensurate experience).
• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
• Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certified System Administrator. Preferred Skills and Experience:
• BS Computer Science preferred.
• ITIL Foundation Certified.
• ServiceNow Developer Certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.

A valid active Secret clearance is required for this position.
