ServiceNow Expert
This is a fully remote position. We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow expert to join our team as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer. Key Responsibilities:
- Guides IT service management strategy, planning, and delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contributes recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
- Candidates must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with remote teams and clients.
- Design and develop queries, reports and dashboards using their knowledge of ServiceNow.
- Capable of designing and configuring ServiceNow modules and forms.
- Administering ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations.
- Design and develop scoped applications as well as a service portal.
- Provide additional support based on subject matter expertise. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years of experience (or commensurate experience).
- Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
- Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
- REST and SOAP services etc.
- An understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude.
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification.
- Clearance Required: active Secret clearance is required.
The total compensation package for this position may include other compensation elements to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be part of our organization and participate in decision making processes.
