ServiceNow Solution Architect Job Opportunity Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects.

• Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow project delivery, from design to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee cross-functional project teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, and key stakeholders.
• Manage implementation and optimization of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules, including workflows, integrations, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, such as ITIL, Agile, and CSDM.
• Monitor project KPIs and leverage ServiceNow dashboards to report performance metrics.
• Coordinate testing, user training, and go-live activities to ensure successful system adoption.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to define long-term ServiceNow roadmaps, module upgrades, and new feature roll outs. Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and at least 10 years of IT experience, with 5 years in ServiceNow architecture or solution delivery. Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules is required, as well as experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
