ServiceNow Administrator Role

Our team is looking for a talented ServiceNow Administrator to join our US Coast Guard program. This role will involve working remotely.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow System and experience with various technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, REST, and SOAP services.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and forms
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow updates
• Develop and implement efficient query, report, and dashboard solutions
• Provide expert-level support based on subject matter expertise

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-centric approach and ServiceNow Administrator Certification, are essential for this role. A BS Computer Science degree and ITIL Foundation Certification are also preferred. Essential Qualifications
