ServiceNow Project Manager

Role: ServiceNow Project Manager

Location: hybrid out of Miramar, FL - 3 days onsite weekly

Start Date: 11/3

Duration: 6+ months, potential conversion

Pay Rate: up to $56/hour

Project: new integration into service now (candidate will be focused on this project only), moving legacy information to new / data migration project, leveraging ServiceNow in HRSD module

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager within Agile environments
• Ideally background in employee relations (i.e., workforce planning, financial and performance management)
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations
• Ideally HRSD workflows
• Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and experience collaborating with senior leadership (technical and business)

NICE TO HAVE

• PMP, CAPM, CPM, or related project management certifications
• SAP experience
• Experience with PlanView

In this position, you will be focused on migrating legacy data and optimizing HR Service Delivery (HRSD) processes This position requires strong leadership, communication, and project delivery skills to collaborate effectively with senior technical and business stakeholders.

• Lead the integration of legacy systems into ServiceNow, with a focus on HRSD module implementation.
• Manage end-to-end data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy, security, and minimal disruption.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across technical and business teams.
• Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive business process improvements and performance optimization.
• Oversee resource planning, budget allocation, and KPI tracking.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership and project sponsors.
