eNGINE is hiring an experienced Business Analyst with deep enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow expertise to join our global financial service customer's Service Management team. This role is a high-impact position working with a 20,000+ user base and requires hands-on collaboration with senior stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams. This role is onsite in the financial district

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with stakeholders and product management to gather, document, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Monitor end-to-end delivery and clear blockers by collaborating with development, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Work with product and process owners to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and secure buy-in from senior stakeholders.
  • Analyze new use cases and collaborate with architecture on proof-of-concepts and solutions.
  • Provide timely updates on assigned tasks to ensure proactive communication with customers and leadership.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of Service Management processes.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years acting as a Business Analyst for enterprise applications.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate product strategy, roadmaps, and vision to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Jira.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform, including:
  • ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
  • CMDB/CSDM data models
  • Service Catalog / Service Portal
  • ServiceNow SDLC (stories, epics, defects, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of ITIL v3 or v4 processes.
  • ServiceNow System Administration Certification highly desired.
  • ITIL Certification a plus.

This role requires candidates to work onsite in New York City 4x/week so applicants must be local.
