ITOM ARCHITECT WITH STRONG AIOPS

ITOM ARCHITECT WITH STRONG AIOPS Role Description:

• Expertise with leading and implementing ServiceNow solutions Design and maintain complex ServiceNow workflows Implementation of Service Now Solution design Design technical strategy to meet customer objectives
• Define the Integration patterns and Anti-patterns for the implementation Ensure design is highly - secure, available, scalable and maintainable.
• Provide ServiceNow Specific recommendations (design, build and deploy)Understand non-functional requirements and provide recommendations
• Liaison with LYB architects and Governance board to get sign off
• Conduct reviews with team to ensure adherence to the recommendations and document any deviations
