Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Lead Developer / Administrator(certified ITSM)

Role Summary

The ServiceNow ITSM Lead Developer is responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, and basic development of the ServiceNow ITSM platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management modules.
  • Good understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
  • Basic knowledge of CMDB and Asset management.
  • Configure forms, lists, flow using workflow / flow designer, SLA, Schedule, notifications.
  • Good Knowledge of Performance analytics dashboard and reporting.
  • Develop and modify business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI action, inbound actions, schedule job, script includes.
  • Able to create basic catalog items and use standard workflows.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow certified application developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified developer ITSM
  • 5-8 years of experience ServiceNow development & support.
