Technical leadership and mentorship are crucial to the success of our software engineering team. As a technical expert and mentor, you will set direction and make key architectural decisions. You will lead by example in designing and implementing robust, scalable software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with engineering managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software aligned with business priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals, prioritise work, and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organisation

Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that values collaboration, innovation, and learning. Refine engineering practices and drive continuous improvement across the team. Regularly report on team health, project status, and identify areas for growth and support. Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor other engineers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions

Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies is required. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences are essential. Passion for software engineering and continuous learning is necessary.
