Must Have Skills :

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules

• Proficiency in implementing and configuring modules like Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk.
• Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and regulations
• Deep knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Scripting and configuration in ServiceNow
• JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with Risk and Control frameworks
• Ability to model risks, controls, issues, and policy exceptions within the platform.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Can translate business risk requirements into technical solutions and present to leadership.

Good to Have Skills :

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC, CSA)

• Adds credibility and understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
• Integration experience with third-party tools
• Knowledge of integrating IRM with tools like Archer, Jira, SAP GRC, or vulnerability scanners.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps
• Understanding Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules.
• Experience with Performance Analytics and reporting
• Building dashboards for risk, compliance, and audit reporting.
• Agile/DevOps project environment exposure
• Ability to operate in Agile sprints or SAFe methodologies.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules to support enterprise governance, risk, and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and implement risk and compliance processes.
• Develop custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow scripting, APIs, and automation tools to enhance IRM functionality.
• Maintain and enhance GRC data models, including control frameworks, risk registers, and audit plans.
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize GRC posture, risk trends, and compliance gaps for executives and auditors.
• Ensure platform governance and best practices are followed in every implementation or upgrade cycle.
• Conduct UAT, training sessions, and documentation to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes and ServiceNow roadmap to continuously improve the GRC solution.
